Disco Party – Terms of Use
By installing or using Disco Party ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
Disco Party sends color commands to smart bulbs connected to an IKEA DIRIGERA hub on your local network, and attempts to restore their previous state when a party stops. It controls only the lamps you select.
Your hardware, your responsibility
You are responsible for the hub, bulbs and network you connect the app to, and for using the app only on equipment you own or are authorized to control. Rapid color changes may be unsuitable for some people (for example those with photosensitive conditions); use your judgement about who is in the room.
Restoration is best effort
The app records lamp state before a party and restores it on Stop. If the phone loses power or network, the hub goes offline, or the app is force‑stopped, restoration may not complete; the app will offer to retry when reopened. We cannot guarantee that a lamp always returns to its exact previous state.
Unofficial interface
The app uses the hub's local interface, which is not an official IKEA developer API. Hub firmware updates may change or break functionality without notice. Disco Party is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by IKEA.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetIt Technologies Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Price and refunds
Disco Party is sold on Google Play as a one-time purchase. Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policy.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
